James Laboissonniere was awarded a full four-year scholarship to Bishop Hendricken High School for scoring the highest marks on the entrance exam. Congratulations to James on this major accomplishment! We wish him success and happiness as he moves on from Father John V. Doyle School to high school and beyond! A note of thanks also goes to his family for their encouragement, guidance, and support of our school!
Congratulations to Madeline Green, Grade 7, recipient of the Daughters of the American Revolution American History Essay Award. Maddie is this year’s General Nathanael Greene-Pettaquamscutt Chapter AND State Winner! Maddie’s essay was comprised of a journal entry based on her visit to a National Park. Mr. Godin, her Social Studies teacher, and I were honored to attend the awards ceremony!
