Father John V. Doyle School held our 5th Annual Walk-a-Thon on Thursday, October 27. After the "Blessing of the Feet" by Father Fleming, PreK & Kindergarten students led the way for the first lap around the property of Saints John & Paul Church and our school! Students in grades 1-8 continued for many more laps to the tunes of our favorite DJ - who is also the dad of 3 of our middle school boys! Students had the opportunity to enjoy a BBQ lunch of burgers and hot dogs followed by one last lap together before our awards ceremony! We are so thankful to all of our families who participated in the walk and/or the BBQ lunch. The Walk-a-Thon raised $4154 to help offset the operational costs of the school!
As Always, Thank you for your support of Father John V. Doyle School! Mrs. Smith
