Father John V. Doyle School's 5th Annual Spooktacular promises to be bigger and better than ever! This year, we are collaborating with members of Saints John & Paul Parish to offer some fun new activities! The event will still be held in the school and will also spill out into our parking lot!
We are excited to continue our tradition of a lighted pumpkin display. If you would like to have your home-carved pumpkin on display, please RSVP to the surveymonkey link located within this bulletin! Our guests have always enjoyed walking through the variety of fascinating pumpkins created by our school families, and this year, we are thrilled to invite pumpkins from our parish family!
New activities this year will include Trunk-or-Treat in our parking lot and an "Apple Anything" baking contest! Again, both school and parish families are invited to participate! There are a limited number of spots available for Trunk-or-Treat cars so be sure to register early! And we are looking forward to tasting your homemade "Apple Anything" creations (no nuts please)! You can register for either or both activities on the surveymonkey link.
The 5th Annual Spooktacular event will be held on Saturday October 28 from 6pm - 8pm. Admission to enjoy the activities described - plus more! - is a non-perishable canned good. In order to cover the cost of the event as well as support the excellent Catholic education offered at Father John V. Doyle School, free-will donations will be very much appreciated!
We hope to see YOU there!!!
As always, Thank You for your support of Father John V. Doyle School!

Being a good digital citizen is more than knowing your way around
the web. It’s about empowering your students with skills to think
critically, behave safely, and participate responsibly online,
allowing them to connect and collaborate in meaningful ways.
This week was Digital Citizenship Week. In Technology class, all students in grades 1 - 8 watched a short video and discussed what being a digital citizen is all about.
